By accessing or using Sports Alert ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sports Alert provides real-time football match predictions, live score updates, and analytics powered by artificial intelligence.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using Sports Alert, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4.2 Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You are responsible for any activity on your account.

5. Subscriptions and Refunds

5.1 Tokens

Tokens are digital goods used to access specific match data. Once a token is consumed (applied to a match), it cannot be refunded.

5.2 Subscriptions

Pro and Max subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our proprietary AI algorithms.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data without permission.
• Share your account credentials with others to bypass payment (account sharing).

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, AI models, prediction algorithms, and visual design, is the exclusive property of Sports Alert and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & PREDICTIONS

8.1 No Guarantee of Outcome

Sports Alert uses historical data and machine learning to predict outcomes. However, sport is unpredictable. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any prediction. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

8.2 Not Financial Advice

The information provided is for entertainment and analytical purposes only. It does not constitute financial or betting advice. You assume full responsibility for any actions taken based on our data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sports Alert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to financial losses incurred from betting or gambling activities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. SMS/Text Message Communications

12.1 Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS notifications through the Service, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Sports Alert related to match alerts, account notifications, and service updates. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase or use of the Service.

12.2 Message Types and Frequency

Messages include live score alerts, goal notifications, match results, and account security notifications. Message frequency varies based on your preferences; you may receive up to 10 messages per day during active match days. Typical usage averages 2-5 messages per week.

12.3 Opt-Out and STOP

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or by disabling SMS notifications in your account settings. Upon opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent. Opting out of SMS does not affect your use of other Service features or your account status.

12.4 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Sports Alert does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
