PaloVisto LLC（「私たち」）が運営するSports Alertは、あなたのデータを保護することを約束します。このポリシーは、情報の収集、使用、開示、保護の方法を説明します。

2. 収集する情報

2.1 個人データ

• アカウントデータ： 名前、メールアドレス、暗号化されたパスワード。
• プロフィールデータ： お気に入りのチーム、フォローしているリーグ、通知設定。
• コミュニケーション： サポートまたはフィードバックフォームを通じて送信されたメッセージ。
• 電話番号（任意）： SMSアラートを有効にした場合のみ収集され、アラート配信のためだけに使用されます。プロバイダー、保存期間、オプトアウトについては下記のSMSセクションをご覧ください。

2.2 派生データ（自動化）

• デバイスタイプ、オペレーティングシステム、ブラウザタイプ。
• 使用状況メトリクス（閲覧ページ、使用機能、セッション時間）。
• IPアドレスおよびおおよその地理的位置（都市/国レベル）。

2.3 財務データ

支払い処理にはサードパーティを使用しています（例：Stripe、Apple Pay、Google Pay）。クレジットカードの完全なデータはサーバーに保存しません。

3. 情報の使用方法

あなたのデータは以下のために使用されます：

• 体験の提供： AI予測、ゴールアラート、リアルタイム統計の提供。
• アカウント管理： サブスクとログインアクセスの管理。
• 改善： AIモデルをより精確にする（匿名データを使用）。
• セキュリティ： 詐欺または乱用の検出と防止。
• コミュニケーション： 技術的な通知、更新、セキュリティ通知の送信。

4. 処理の法的根拠（GDPR）

以下の法的根拠に基づいてデータを処理しています：

• 契約： サブスクしたサービスを提供するため。
• 同意： ニュースレターやマーケティングのため（いつでも取り消し可能）。
• 正当な利益： 詐欺検出とAI精度の向上のため。

5. 情報の共有

個人データを販売しません。データは以下とのみ共有します：

• サービスプロバイダー： クラウドホスティング（Render）、CDNおよびネットワークセキュリティ（Cloudflare）、エラー監視（Sentry）、分析（Google Analytics）、決済プロバイダー（Stripe、Apple In-App Purchase、Google Play Billing）。
• 法的義務： 召喚状、法律、または法的手続きで要求された場合。
• 事業譲渡： 合併または買収に関与している場合。

6. データ保持

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, following this schedule:

• Account information: kept while your account is active, plus 3 years.
• Payment records: kept for 10 years, as required by law.
• Match-follow history: kept for 90 days.
• Logs: kept for 30 days.
• Communications: kept for 2 years.

このポリシーに記載された目的を達成するために必要な期間のみ個人データを保持します。アカウントを削除した場合、個人識別子を削除しますが、統計分析のために匿名の使用データを保持する場合があります。

7. データセキュリティ

業界標準のセキュリティ対策を使用しています：

• 暗号化： データは転送中（HTTPS/TLS）および保存時に暗号化されています。
• ハッシュ化： パスワードはbcryptでハッシュ化されています。
• アクセス制御： 厳格な内部アクセス制御。

8. プライバシーの権利

あなたの所在地（EU、カリフォルニアなど）によっては、以下の権利があります：

• アクセス： 私たちが保存しているデータのコピーを要求する。
• 修正： 不正確なデータを修正する。
• 消去： あなたのデータの削除を要求する（「忘れられる権利」）。アプリのプロフィールページで「アカウントを削除」ボタンから直接アカウントを削除するか、以下のメールアドレスにお問い合わせください。
• オプトアウト： マーケティングコミュニケーションをオフにする。
• Restriction: Request that we limit processing of your data.
• Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Automated Decisions: We do not make solely-automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects; you may contest any automated processing.

To exercise these rights, contact privacy@sportsalert.ai. We will respond within 30 days. You may withdraw your consent at any time, and you may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (in Türkiye: KVKK; in the EU: your supervisory authority).

9. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Tracking & Advertising

Our web pages use Meta Pixel, Reddit Pixel, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity after you provide cookie consent, for analytics and advertising measurement. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Our mobile app uses AppsFlyer for install attribution and advertising measurement, including Apple's SKAdNetwork. Device identifiers may be used for ad attribution across apps and websites where you have permitted tracking.

On iOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework governs cross-app tracking. You will be asked for permission before any tracking occurs; declining does not limit any app functionality. You can change this setting at any time in your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

We do not sell personal data.

11. Updates

We may update this policy. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification.

12. SMS/Text Message Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages from Sports Alert. These messages may include:

• Match Alerts: Live score updates, goal notifications, and match result summaries for teams and matches you follow.
• Account Notifications: Security alerts, login verifications, and account-related updates.
• Service Updates: Important changes to our platform, features, or policies.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your preferences and the matches you follow. You may receive up to 10 messages per day during active match days, and fewer on non-match days. Typical usage averages 2-5 messages per week.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also disable SMS notifications in your account settings. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to use other features of the Service.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Sports Alert does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

SMS Data Usage

Your phone number is collected solely for delivering SMS notifications you have opted in to receive. We do not sell, share, or use your phone number for marketing purposes beyond the notifications you have consented to. Your phone number is stored securely and is subject to the same protections described in Section 7 (Data Security) of this policy.

Telegram Alerts (Max Plan)

If you connect Telegram, we store your Telegram chat ID (and username, if provided) to deliver your alerts. Alert messages are transmitted through Telegram's platform and are subject to Telegram's own privacy policy. You can disconnect Telegram at any time in your account settings; disconnecting deletes the stored identifier.
