1. Acceptance of Terms

Durch den Zugriff oder die Nutzung von Sports Alert („Service") erklärst du dich mit diesen Terms of Service („Bedingungen") einverstanden. Wenn du nicht zustimmst, nutze den Service bitte nicht.

2. Description of Service

Sports Alert bietet Echtzeit-Fußballanalysen, Live-Ergebnisse und KI-basierte Prognosen.

3. Eligibility

Du musst mindestens 18 Jahre alt sein. Mit der Nutzung bestätigst du:

• Du bist mindestens 18 Jahre alt.
• Du bist rechtlich befugt, diese Bedingungen einzugehen.
• Du hältst alle geltenden Gesetze ein.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Accuracy

Du verpflichtest dich, korrekte, aktuelle und vollständige Angaben bei der Registrierung zu machen.

4.2 Security

Du bist verantwortlich für dein Passwort und alle Aktivitäten in deinem Konto. Teile deine Zugangsdaten nicht.

5. Subscriptions, In-App Purchases, and Refunds

5.1 Match Credits (Consumables)

Credits sind digitale Güter für Match-Analysen. Nach Nutzung sind sie nicht erstattbar. Verfügbar in Paketen.

Abrechnung und Pläne

Sports Alert offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

• Starter — 15 match credits per month; all alert types, delivered as push notifications. Monthly ($4.99) or yearly ($49.90).
• Pro — 100 match credits per month; all alert types, delivered via email and push notifications; match statistics. Monthly ($19.99) or yearly ($199.90).
• Max — Unlimited match credits; SMS, Telegram, email and push alerts; advanced statistics; custom alert rules (configured for you by our support team); priority support and early feature access. Monthly ($99) or yearly ($990).

Credit top-ups: 5 for $2.99 · 15 for $6.99 · 50 for $14.99.

Abonnements verlängern sich automatisch, bis sie gekündigt werden. Du kannst jederzeit in den Kontoeinstellungen kündigen; die Kündigung stoppt zukünftige Verlängerungen. Siehe Abschnitt 5.5 (Kündigung & Rückerstattungen) unten.

5.3 Subscription Billing & Renewal

Subscriptions purchased on our website are billed via Stripe to your card. Subscriptions purchased in our iOS/Android apps are charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account.

• Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase, to your card (web/Stripe) or your Apple ID / Google Play account (app).
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your payment method will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
• Web subscribers can manage or turn off auto-renewal in their account settings (Billing). App subscribers can manage auto-renewal in their device's Account Settings after purchase (on iOS: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions; on Android: Google Play > Payments & subscriptions).

5.4 No Free Trials

Sports Alert does not currently offer free trials. Paid subscriptions begin, and are billed, at the time of purchase.

5.5 Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.

• Web (Stripe) subscriptions: Cancel anytime in your account settings (Billing). For refund requests, contact support@sportsalert.ai; we aim to respond within 14 days.
• Apple App Store purchases: Manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.
• Google Play purchases: Manage or cancel in your Google Play subscription settings. Refund requests must be directed to Google.

6. Acceptable Use

Du darfst NICHT:

• Den Service für illegale Zwecke nutzen.
• Die KI-Modelle reverse engineeren.
• Bots oder Scraper einsetzen.
• Accounts teilen, um Zahlungen zu umgehen.

7. Intellectual Property

Alle Inhalte, KI-Modelle und Technologien gehören Sports Alert und sind rechtlich geschützt.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

8.1 No Guarantee

Sport ist unvorhersehbar. Wir garantieren keine Genauigkeit oder Ergebnisse.

8.2 Not Advice

Alle Inhalte dienen nur Informationszwecken und stellen keine Finanz- oder Wettberatung dar.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sports Alert haftet nicht für indirekte oder finanzielle Schäden. Haftung ist auf den gezahlten Betrag der letzten 12 Monate begrenzt.

10. Termination

Wir können deinen Zugang jederzeit beenden, insbesondere bei Verstößen gegen diese Bedingungen.

11. Governing Law

Diese Bedingungen unterliegen den Gesetzen des Bundesstaates Florida, USA.

12. SMS/Text Message Communications

12.1 Consent

Durch die Angabe deiner Telefonnummer stimmst du dem Erhalt automatisierter SMS zu.

12.2 Frequency

Bis zu 10 Nachrichten pro Tag möglich, abhängig von Nutzung.

12.3 Opt-Out

STOP senden oder Einstellungen ändern.

12.4 Rates

Standardgebühren können anfallen.
