في Sports Alert نؤمن بأن الخصوصية حق أساسي لا ميزة. نبني مستقبل كرة القدم الذكي على الثقة. البيانات تُستخدم فقط لتحسين تجربتك. لا نبيع بياناتك، لا نتتبعك، بياناتك ملكك.
1. المقدمة
تُدير Sports Alert شركة PaloVisto LLC («نحن») وتلتزم بحماية بياناتك. توضح هذه السياسة كيفية جمع معلوماتك واستخدامها والإفصاح عنها وحمايتها.
2. المعلومات التي نجمعها
2.1 البيانات الشخصية
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، كلمة المرور المشفرة.
- بيانات الملف الشخصي: الفرق المفضلة، الدوريات المتابَعة، إعدادات التنبيهات.
- الاتصالات: الرسائل المُرسَلة عبر نماذج الدعم أو التغذية الراجعة.
2.2 البيانات المشتقة (تلقائية)
- نوع الجهاز، نظام التشغيل، نوع المتصفح.
- مقاييس الاستخدام (الصفحات المزارة، الميزات المستخدمة، مدة الجلسة).
- عنوان IP والموقع التقريبي (مستوى المدينة/الدولة).
2.3 البيانات المالية
نستخدم خدمات جهة خارجية لمعالجة المدفوعات (مثل Stripe وApple Pay وGoogle Pay). بيانات بطاقة الائتمان الكاملة لا تُخزَّن على خوادمنا.
3. كيف نستخدم المعلومات
تُستخدم بياناتك لـ:
- تقديم التجربة: توفير توقعات الذكاء الاصطناعي وتنبيهات الأهداف والإحصاءات المباشرة.
- إدارة الحساب: إدارة الاشتراكات والوصول بتسجيل الدخول.
- التحسين: جعل نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي أكثر دقة (باستخدام بيانات مجهولة الهوية).
- Security: Detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Communication: Send you technical notices, updates, and security alerts.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
We process data under the following legal grounds:
- Contract: To provide the Service you subscribed to.
- Consent: For newsletters or marketing (which you can withdraw at any time).
- Legitimate Interests: To improve our fraud detection and AI accuracy.
5. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with:
- Service Providers: Cloud hosting (Render), CDN and network security (Cloudflare), error monitoring (Sentry), analytics (Google Analytics), and payment processors (Stripe, Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing).
- Legal Obligations: If required by a subpoena, law, or other legal process.
- Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger or acquisition.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this policy. If you delete your account, we delete your personal identifiers, though we may retain anonymized usage data for statistical analysis.
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard security:
- Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.
- Hashing: Passwords are hashed using bcrypt.
- Access Control: Strict internal access controls.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location (EU, California, etc.), you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correction: Fix inaccurate data.
- Erasure: Request that we delete your data ("Right to be Forgotten"). You can delete your account directly from your Profile page in the app using the "Delete Account" button, or by contacting us at the email below.
- Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications.

9. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Tracking & Advertising
On iOS, our app uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. You will be asked for permission before any tracking occurs. If you decline, no advertising identifier is collected or shared. You can change this setting at any time in your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
We may use anonymized, aggregated analytics to understand how the app is used and to improve the service. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.
11. Updates
We may update this policy. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification.
12. SMS/Text Message Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages from Sports Alert. These messages may include:
- Match Alerts: Live score updates, goal notifications, and match result summaries for teams and matches you follow.
- Account Notifications: Security alerts, login verifications, and account-related updates.
- Service Updates: Important changes to our platform, features, or policies.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your preferences and the matches you follow. You may receive up to 10 messages per day during active match days, and fewer on non-match days. Typical usage averages 2-5 messages per week.
Opt-Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also disable SMS notifications in your account settings. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to use other features of the Service.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Sports Alert does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
SMS Data Usage
Your phone number is collected solely for delivering SMS notifications you have opted in to receive. We do not sell, share, or use your phone number for marketing purposes beyond the notifications you have consented to. Your phone number is stored securely and is subject to the same protections described in Section 7 (Data Security) of this policy.
